Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events, especially common when dealing with children, sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Unlike most dentists, in addition to specializing in pediatric dentistry, Dr. Billy Metcalf spent several years beyond dental school studying child development and psychology. As a result, he brings both an extensive knowledge of dental care and child care to our practice.
Dr. Ben R. Padilla
Dr. Padilla’s interest in dentistry sparked after spending time in his uncle’s dental practice. Observing his uncle’s work in the office and helping out in the lab as a kid solidified Dr. Padilla’s desire to become a dentist. At West Texas State University, Dr. Padilla earned a BBA in Finance.
